“If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality.” ~ Bishop Desmond Tutu "Do your work with your whole heart, and you will succeed - there's so little competition." -- Elbert Hubbard "The man who trades freedom for security does not deserve nor will he ever receive either." ~ Ben Franklin
"Each time someone stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope." ~ Robert F. Kennedy
"If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is compromise." ~ Robert Fritz
Did you know that all work (photos/videos/music/the written word/etc...) published on the internet holds copyright? Be informed, learn about copyright laws and the reason they exist. Here are a few links to resources on the subject:
copyright.gov,
copyright myths explained (NOTE: I don't know the guy who wrote the copyright myths or anything about the rest of his web site, I simply found the copyright information valid and worthy of passing along). For more on photo use and copyrighted materials please read this.
