postal delay ; )

A sailboat cruises along as a bit of blue sky teases and fog rolls in on the Puget Sound. Seattle, WA ~ 12.11.05

That's poster-worthy. Nothing but shades of blue with a single element of white; the yawning breadth of nature boldly, perhaps foolishly, plied by a tiny, solitary human element. Accolades to you on the artistry to frame the concept so concisely. :)

Lone -- Thanks for the glowing compliment. You're the best! Always showing up to brighten my day when I need it. : )

That is most surreal. Catchy photo. The border between sky and sea is a little fuzzy. The boat really puts the scene into perspective and seems rather insignificant against the backdrop. The orangish color of the sails really makes it stand out, lending it beauty in a field of monotony.

I promise to stick around. Even at my worst, I should at least post once a week. Thanks for everything.
